of three essential steps , which are carried out in France

across four production sites .

an excellent adhesion of the coating and good durability

Polyester thermo - lacquering

Technology for our gates , panels , posts and barred

railings . For large scale production , with regard to

both time and quality ( polyester coating guaranteed

for 10 years we have a high performance tool with

Once heated to an extremely high temperature ,

the galvanised steel wire ( which is hot - dipped

to protect it from corrosion ) is passed through a

bed of f luidised PVC . Kept at room temperature ,

the thermoplastic particles melt on contact with

the heated wire and accumulate on its surface .
